Managing Service Notifications
When applying for an NSRR account or at any time thereafter, Registry Viewers and Service Publishers may elect to receive notification of changes or updates to selected services as they become available. To manage service notifications during the account application process, open any web browser and enter https://nsrr.faa.gov/user/register and proceed as described in Establishing an Account. On the Request Account form, check the box labelled "I wish to be notified about changes made to the following service(s)." A Select Services for Notification list will appear. Scroll to the service you wish to be notified about and click on it. If you wish to select more than one service, press and hold the Ctrl key and select the services.
If you already have an account, you may either (1) click on "Manage Service Notifications" in the SERVICES Panel on the left side of the Home page; or (2) on the Top Menu bar, select SERVICES, scroll to Manage Notifications and click. The Manage Service Notifications page will open and two columns labelled Service Name and Notified will be shown. (Note: unless you elected to receive notifications during the account application process, you will see No listed for all services in the Notified column.) Here you may enter the service you are looking for in the Quick Search box or scroll to that service. You may also sort the list by clicking on either column header. Clicking on the service opens the Update Notification page for that service. To receive notifications about service events, click on the button labelled Subscribe to Notifications. The Manage Service Notifications page reopens and a message "Notification has been created" will be displayed. The service you selected will now appear at the top of the Service list with a Yes in the Notified column. Repeat this procedure to subscribe to notifications from additional services.
To stop receiving notifications from one or more services, go to the Manage Service Notifications page as described above. Service(s) that you have subscribed to appear at the top of the Service list with a Yes in the Notified column. Clicking on a service opens the Update Notification page for that service. Click on the "Cancel Notifications" button. The Manage Service Notifications page reopens and confirms that the Notification has been deleted. The service you selected will now have a "No" in the Notified column. Repeat this procedure to cancel notifications from additional services.«« Requesting WaiversUpOn-ramping Forms »»
